1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the USREI Business Hub (the “Platform”), a service provided by United States Real Estate Investor® (“USREI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
USREI Business Hub is a nationwide directory and media platform that connects real estate-related businesses, investors, associations, service providers, and other professionals. The platform offers directory listings, advertising services, content publishing, and other business tools to support the real estate investment ecosystem in the United States.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
5. Paid Services and Subscriptions
Some services require payment, including but not limited to:
- Directory listings
- Featured placements
- Sponsored content
- Advertising campaigns
Refund Policy: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for canceling any unwanted renewals via your dashboard or by emailing support.
6. User Content and Conduct
You may submit content (e.g., business listings, images, descriptions, articles). By doing so, you grant USREI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, and display that content on the Platform.
You agree not to:
- Post false or misleading information
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior
- Use the platform for spamming or fraudulent purposes
- Collect data from other users without consent
We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
7. Directory Listing Requirements
USREI Business Hub reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove listings at our sole discretion. All directory submissions must be relevant, accurate, and reflect legitimate business entities or service providers.
Premium features, including “Founding Member” badges or promotional items, are only available to approved members and are subject to change without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials on the Platform, including logos, content, trademarks, and software, are the property of USREI or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party websites or services. USREI is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
USREI Business Hub is provided “as-is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of any part of the Platform. Use it at your own risk.
We expressly disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, USREI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you violate these Terms.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USREI, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.
15. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
